Burger sold for 13k pesos!

New York City, USA - This May, the National Humberger Month in the US, Guinness World Records announced that the "Le Burger Extravagant" of New York City's Serendipity 3 has created the most expensive burger in the world. 


So what is contained in this burger sold at 295USD or 12,917.93 PHP (using 43.79 conversioin rate)?

The burger is served in a Campagna roll.

Inside the roll includes:

• Japanese Wagyu beef
• James Montgomery cheddar cheese (aged for 18 months)
• fried quail egg
• Salish Alderwood smoked Pacific sea salt
• shaved black truffles

Topping the roll are:

• Kaluga caviar
• 10-herb white truffle butter
• blini
• creme fraich

Holding the whole thing together is a Fleur de Lis, a solid gold toothpick encrusted with real diamonds and designed by New York's Euphoria jeweler.


The popular Manhattan restaurant has appeared in tv and movies, including the romantic-comedy Serendipity released in 2001.

It definitely looks yummy but be prepared to dig deep in your wallet!
