Unhealthy Chicken McNuggets?

"Tender, juicy Chicken McNuggets made with white meat, wrapped up in a crisp tempura batter." This is how the McDonald.com website describe my favorite Mcdonald's food. As yummy as the description sounds, will the ingredients sounds like yummy too?
