Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Engaged!

Miley Cyrus, 19, is getting hitched with her boyfriend, whom she had been dating for the past three years.  

The former Hannah Montana star is now engaged to Hunger Games actor, Liam Hemsworth, 22. They met in the movie set The Last Song on 2009 in which both actors played the lead roles.

"I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam," Cyrus told People Magazine. She adds, “I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam." Later she also twitted, "Thank you for all the love today. I'm happy to share this news with you all. I feel like all my dreams are coming true."

The magazine reported that Hemsworth popped the question on May 31 and gave the former Disney Channel child star a 3.5 carat diamond ring with a gold band by Neil Lane. A diamond expert estimated that the ring cost about 100,000 USD.

Hemsworth is the younger brother of Thor actor, Chris Hemsworth.
